If President Obama’s government healthcare is so great why are the costs of healthcare insurance continuing to rise? Have you looked at your healthcare bills lately? My wife works as an accountant for a large company called Mosaic as an accountant. We received our benefits package in the mail today. I looked at the paperwork and noticed some things. Our healthcare is going up in price because of President Obama’s government healthcare. It actually says this on the paperwork itself. Thank you, President Obama for passing the government healthcare and stealing more money out of my wallet.
Where do we find the extra costs in our healthcare? The paperwork tells us everything. First of all, we have to pay more each month for our healthcare compared to last year. Second, we pay a six hundred dollar family deductible next year on our health insurance. This year, we paid no deductible. Last year we paid ten dollars to see the doctor and twenty dollars to see a specialist. Next year, we will pay twenty dollars to see the doctor and thirty-five dollars to see a specialist. I have to take medicine every day for acid reflux. My medicine has already gone from twenty-eight dollars a month to forty dollars a month. This is our extra costs. This is not even considering the extra costs American companies are going to have to pay for government healthcare.
I believe President Obama said government healthcare was going to cost less. I believe President Obama said everybody was going to be able to acquire government healthcare. Government healthcare hasn’t kicked in, but the prices are already kicking in. How is this government healthcare better for the whole country? Government healthcare was supposed to be one of those changes we could believe in. How can you believe in paying more and more for the same thing?
As far as I’m concerned, government healthcare is a crock. Government healthcare is another lie told to us by politicians. If government healthcare is so great why are the costs of healthcare insurance continuing to rise? The reason for this is whatever the government controls, is taxed out the wazoo. When our government controls something, we receive a lesser product for more costs. We have politicians who have to get their cuts from everything. We have lobbyists who have to get their cuts from everything.
President Obama’s change we can believe in is not a change for me. This change is taking away our freedoms and replacing them with government control. The government control is not doing anything to help out America. Many people are still unemployed. Many people still do not have acceptable healthcare. Many people are fed up. Look at your health insurance bill and you will have the same question about it as I have.
