The majority of people who are alive on Earth do not have an unlimited supply of money. Home foreclosures are still at record levels as of May, 2010. The “job outsourcing” activities of the World’s largest multinational corporations continue to take jobs away from tens of thousands of people within the United States of America, as well as other places, each and every month.

To make matters worse about 300,000 to 500,000 newly unemployed people have filed for unemployment compensation benefits each week since September of 2008. The unemployment rate, as calculated by the people within the Government of the United States of America, was just over 10%, if you believe that there must be more than 160,000,000 still employed within the United States, since more than 16,000,000 people are out of work and seeking employment.

Now, more than ever, it is absolutely necessary to create a household budget. You see, an unemployment check provides less income and it is just enough to keep a person healthy and alive while that desperate unemployed person looks for a job that, in most cases, does not exist.

Yes, tens of thousands or more people are or soon will be homeless, on the street with nothing to eat. You too could become the next victim of the greed of the relatively few filthy rich who are on Earth today. The lack of positive action to correct the problem by the elected politicians within the Government of the United States of America is the primary cause for so many people being out of work.

Therefore, each person should most certainly sit down and create a living expense budget to determine those items that they can easily live without. Do you really need cable or satellite TV service? Do you have to dine out and spend your hard earned money in bars and/or movie theaters? Do you really have to drive as many miles in your mode of transportation as you currently do? Do you wisely shop for food and those other items that keep you healthy and alive? Is your rental or mortgage expense each month too high? Are you wasting energy within your home, thus causing high utility expenses? Are you saving any of your monthly hard earned income each month?

The above questions can only be answered by the resulting calculation of a monthly expense budget. Are you spending more money than you earn each month? If so, sooner or later you will be in big financial trouble and on the fast tract to homelessness.

Only you can keep yourself and your family healthy and alive. The greedy, selfish, self-serving, insane, heartless and the filthy rich of our World could care less if you live or die. They truly do want the wealth of the entire Earth and they will continue to gather wealth for as long as they live.

Do you now have enough incentive to make and follow a weekly or monthly spending budget? If not you must be one of the few who does have an unlimited amount of money.
