You might not want to go to work tomorrow, but you know if you don’t you will not get paid. Work is hard though, so why bother to go, who cares if you don’t get paid? If only it were that easy, you cannot live without money. Why is it so important that we make money?
It would be nice to say that money isn’t important in life, but it really is important if you want to live a decent life. Money is what provides us an important opportunity to acquire goods and services. If you have no money, you have no home, no food and none of the other things that matter in life.
Not having money can affect your ability to find a person to be in a relationship with. Guys, we all know that women are attracted to guys who have money, or who can at least pay for the first few dates. Without money, you aren’t going to be able to do that for yourself. It isn’t fun to spend your whole life alone because you weren’t able to buy a couple of dinners.
Without money, there is a lower chance of you getting a job. It sounds funny, but it takes money to get an opportunity to make money. Sure, you could get a job at Burger King if you need to make some quick cash, but a career is going to take some decent credit. If you are broke, you might be deemed a risk, and not get a job. Ironic, isn’t it? However, that is the way that the job market works sometimes.
When you have no money, you have fewer options as to what you are going to do for the day. How are you going to see your parents on the other side of the state if you have no money for a car, or at least a bus ticket? How are you going to have fun if you can’t pay for a movie ticket, or even to rent a movie for the night?
Without money, you would be living a miserable existence simply because you need at least a little bit of money for the essentials in life. Should we live our lives simply for money? Of course not, but it is also a little too simplistic to say that we do not need money in our lives and that money is always evil.
