Patent Law Change
This may be the most important change in American history!
Patent Laws: It is estimated that over 99% of the real technology in America is forever blocked & lost by the messed up patent laws as they exist today! Effective immediately, there shall be no further patent protection on existing and new patents unless the owners or buyers of the inventions patented or wanting patent (patent pending, etc.) put them into (or have already put them into) mass production for the benefit of the consumers and public. There must be accountability in the patent office. No longer will it be legal for a patent owner to put the invention in a safe, not to see the light of day again. There must be a public obligation with the patent process, that, in exchange for patent protection, the owner or buyer of the invention must put it into public production for the public benefit. A six (6) month deadline will be placed on the patent owner to do this, or there will be loss of patent protection.
Example 1: this calls for the immediate release of the Pogue carburetor (main patent No. 1750354), that has been hidden from the public or production since WW II, to be mass produced on all autos using carburetors, starting immediately. We are in an oil crisis, and it’s past time (65 years overdue) to get this 100 plus mile per gallon carburetor into mass production, with a mandate for all auto companies to put these on all new or existing autos (including retrofitting it on fuel injected engines). A campaign letter shall be sent to all auto manufacturers. For the information, Charles Nelson Pogue was issued several patents on this vaporizer type carburetor during the 1930’s. WW II army tanks used it extensively to get tremendous fuel economy. The same carburetor systems could be used on autos to get up to 200 mpg. But it never, to date, got into production because of the satanic, evil, illegal, unconstitutional, anti democracy, oil lobby special interest and cartel. Now America and its soldiers are paying the price and ultimate sacrifice in oil rich, middle eastern countries, because, we import so much oil. How much longer are the citizens suppose to take this? With this and the design below, we not only would not be importing oil, we could be an oil exporter!
Example 2: The water fuel cell that converts hydrogen from water and has several patents from original owner Stan Myers of Grove City, Ohio. The patent numbers are: 4,421,474; 4,389,981; 4,465,455; 4,275,950; 4,265,224; 3,970,070 and nearly 30 other numbers. This water fuel cell was successfully invented and tested way back in 1980. Where has this energy saving device been in the last quarter century? It shall immediately be forced into mass production for the benefit of the traveling public, or else there will be no further patent protection on the device regardless of any owner. Doing this will not only save America from having to import oil from war lord, terrorist (or any country) but will allow technical progress to excel in this nation that will be the envy of the world and be a quantum leap to the overall economic welfare of the struggling American consumer. And it’s about time!
