Should Charles Manson ever be Released from Jail

Charles Manson, one of the most clever brainwashing masterminds in recent history. Convicted of murder, yet he never killed a soul, he did however brainwash an entire group of people to do the deed for him. His methods to control, drugs, sex and power. The same ones many who have come after him have used, add a dash of religious piety to the mix and you have the makings of a mastermind beyond compare.

Each time he has been up for parole he has been denied.  Too many people remember the Sharon Tate murders. One look at him even now and you can see the insanity in his mind. But is he truly that insane? Many say that his intelligence level is off the charts. I can absolutely believe that, he can carry on a conversation on nearly any subject you present him with. However, it only takes a small amount of time before the insanity comes creeping back out to the forefront. His speech turns to inconceivable conspiracies against him and others. His delusions come strongly to the forefront, including his belief that he is the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Even with all of this and a longtime incarceration he has an effect on people even now. For years the women who murdered for him still claimed to be under his spell. His hold still on them even years later. Even women outside of the prison walls, who have never met him personally have been charmed by him. Writing him love letters, sending pictures, offering marriage. Things that we in normal society cannot comprehend.

Charles Manson should never see freedom again. His mental stability is far from normal. He still has the ability to control people who are looking for a leader. His mindset can never be altered, because he does not see any issue with how he thinks. Even now he considers the murders of innocent people justified. He sees no wrong in his convincing them to be murderers. To allow him freedom would open the door for another situation similar to the one that got him in jail to begin with. He has no remorse for his actions and never will. He is a sociopath with delusions of grandeur. He is wired to control people and that cannot be cured. You cannot teach a person to feel remorse or empathy. That is an emotional response that is wired in, and his were never formed. Releasing him can only come to more danger for the public. He would not follow any probationary rules that are set out for him, he has made that obvious.  That is not a chance I am willing to take.
