During the 1950’s life was so good for the majority of the Citizens of the United States of America. Most people had jobs that provided a living wage. That income also allowed those people to save some of their money for retirement. Those hard working people could also afford to buy their own home, furniture and appliances and fund a college education for their children.

I wonder, how could such a good thing go so bad for the hard working people within the United States of America? As of this writing, millions of people are in danger of losing their home. Millions of people are unemployed or underemployed. Tens of millions of people don’t have any kind of health insurance, while the emergency rooms within our hospitals are jammed to capacity each and every day of the week.

Like it or not, those are the facts and me telling you something different isn’t going to change that unfortunate situation for the majority of the people of the United States of America. I wonder, how in the World did these terrible things happen to us?

For the last 50 years the major employers that we worked for have been slowly but surely taking away tens of millions of jobs from us and giving those jobs to people within Foreign Countries. In so doing, those employers closed hundreds of factories within the United States of America and built hundreds of factories for all of those Foreigners to work in within those Foreign Countries.

The above is the main reason why tens of millions of people within the United States of America don’t have any kind of health insurance. As a matter of fact, millions of working people today can’t even afford to pay their monthly living expenses in a timely manner.

The business practices of each and every owner and controller of each and every multinational corporation is the cause for all of our financial and health problems. As of now, the elected politicians within the offices of our grand and glorious Government buildings of the United States of America have done absolutely nothing to solve either of those truly serious problems. They are spending hundreds of billions of our tax dollars to save our financial institutions and still doing absolutely nothing for the majority of We People of the United States of America.

Our elected politicians are also doing absolutely nothing to stop those huge price increases for those fossil fuels either. There is no shortage of crude oil, just a group of greedy people who want to suck the wealth out of everyone on Earth. Since each of us require some kind of energy in order to heat or cool and light our homes, take us to and from work, allow us to buy food and other things that keeps us healthy and alive and also powers our appliances the rate of inflation is now more than 300% and rising.

That’s right! Those huge price increases are the result of a very few people who just can’t get enough of everything. It so also true that when the needs of the minority are more important than the needs of the majority the majority suffers. The majority is suffering, thanks to the lack of positive action in their behalf by the politicians who we elected to keep us safe, healthy and alive.

Clearly, we need politicians who will bring those jobs back to our Country just as much as wee need to remove each and every politician who currently sits on those seats within our Government. Who will you vote for in 2008? More important, who will you vote out of Public Office in 2008?
