How to Put your Money to Work

The Christian way is sowing and reaping, every seed will surely become a plant or tree with fruits one day. Water it by pronouncing a blessing over it, for instance, we may say: “may it bring forth a hundred fold harvest”.

Just take the simple apple seed, the average apple tree, an average tree takes 7yrs to bear fruit, and if it bears, one year it could bear about 750 apples.

If we want the money that we have to go a longer way than what the usual returns an interest bank account can do, we can put it to work in investment instruments. Such as buying a good stock that pays good dividends or that has great potential for growth.

If we are in it for the short term gains of a few years, then parking our money in gold, oil or silver may be the way to go.

If we have always been hearing that the stock markets are highly volatile these days, it would be much safer to avoid or buy into countries that are not so affected by the volatility. This is where we should let the experts do their work for us, seek their advice and see what is best. At the same time check if their advice is inline with your investment objectives or if you agree with their line of thought.

Personally, I find the greatest rewards to my investments in giving to church building projects. That is, I asked the Holy Spirit to give me a figure for my faith pledge. When you ask be prepared that God is not going to give you a figure that you can pluck from your pocket or your bank, it is usually a huge figure that only He can give. Just write it down on the faith pledge envelope, pray over it and forget about it. When the time to give arrives, He will highlight to you. That was what happened to me previously. Not once but twice already.

When you lend, lend to the Lord for He give huge dividends.
When you give to the poor, you are lending to the Lord.
Check these out in the Bible.

Learn to invest in times of famine, Christians are in Abraham’s seed (Jesus).

Here I see God’s love for us. As we were praying before going to bed one night regarding miracle seed sowing for church building, I found myself saying to the Lord :”In Joseph’s time, he said after he gave the seeds to the people for sowing in the time of famine, Joseph actually prophesied the increase and that the people must give to Pharoah 20% from that increase. BUT HE DID NOT SAY HOW MUCH WOULD BE THE INCREASE. So the Lord quickly told me and I must say He told me without me asking: “child,  the increase is not 100%. It is 100fold if you are Isaac sowing in times of famine!  I was so excited and I took a piece of paper and folded it in front of my husband – this is one fold, which means double. The paper split into two and I folded again means twofold.  The same paper split not into four but into eight. And when it reached the 3rd fold, the paper was split into sixteen!  So going by that mathematically, the hundredth fold could mean two to the power of hundred!  Now that is alot !

To further convince myself, I checked out the verse in Genesis 26
12Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.

this verse the word hundredfold means times one hundred
and in Hebrew there is a word “Sha-arh” with it
and it only appears once in the entire Bible
and the word Sha-arh has the meaning of split
1) to split open, reason out, calculate, reckon, estimate

I am so excited that I use my computer to calculate what is 2 to the power of 100 … but the limit of human technology could only give me the visible up to 2 to the power of 36 … which is
