AAA Membership is it Worth it

The value of a AAA membership far outweigh any disadvantages. Yes, there may be times when you do not use the card enough to get your money back, but this is rare. For anyone who drives very often, AAA is the way to go. I have been a member for many years, and wouldn’t even consider not renewing each year.

AAA gives you and your loved ones peace of mind. If you break down on the road, lock your keys in your car, or get lost, you can call AAA and they will come to your rescue. I recently locked my keys in my car at a gas station and would have had to pay $40 to have someone unlock my door for me! My husband doesn’t worry about me when I travel, because he knows I can call AAA if I get into trouble.

AAA also saves you money by giving you discounts for hotels, car rentals, and much more. If you are a traveler, you know how expensive it can get, even if you only travel one time a year, AAA membership will save you money.

Then there is the informational aspect of AAA. You can get free trip routing, maps, and tips on everything travel related, including car buying. So, you not only save money by using AAA, you save money by learning the smart way to do things like buy or rent a car.

In the day to day hassles of getting to work each day or for long distance travels, AAA membership will save you much more than the cost of membership. If you only take your car to the grocery store once a week, AAA may not be for you, but if you are the average car owner, AAA will save you many and hassle far beyond the price you pay to join. It may even save your life.
